Venue Child Creators

Sub-divides a large parent venue into smaller child venues after agents have been distributed to it. Each child venue holds a subset of the parent's members; agents interact only within their assigned child. This models situations where agents in the same large venue (school, university, company) form smaller day-to-day interaction groups (classrooms, year groups, offices).
